Things the adjudicator cannot help
with

School Places.
A complaint from any parent whose child has not been offered a place
at a particular school. These cases are decided by independent
appeals panels. You should contact the school or your local authority to
find out more.

Grammar Schools.
Objections to selection by grammar schools.

Implementation. Making sure the
adjudicator's decisions are properly implemented. This is the
responsibility of the Fair Access Team of the Department for Children, Schools

Objections to the admission arrangements of Academies. These are
considered by the Secretary of State
